William S. Frazier

Bill Frazier was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Bill received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1991. In 1995, Bill graduated from the UF College of Law and began his legal practice in Jacksonville.

Since 1995, Bill has maintained a varied and active civil litigation practice serving the greater Jacksonville community. Bill represents private investors, entrepreneurs and real estate developers in foreclosures and clearing and quieting title. Bill also practices family law, probate and general commercial litigation, including collection actions and evictions.

Bill’s practice has always focused on providing excellent yet affordable legal representation to individual and corporate clients. Bill’s commitment, compassion and concern for his clients have been a hallmark of his practice since its inception.

Bill is the managing partner of Marks & Frazier, LLP’s Jacksonville office, serving the greater Duval, St. Johns, and Clay county areas.

Collection actions – recovering clients’ funds through commercial litigation
